VIVILISH RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please read the product description carefully and make sure to double check your item(s), size, quantity, shipping, and billing information are correct before submitting your order.

WE ARE SORRY TO SEE THAT THE ORDER YOU HAVE RECEIVED DIDN’T WORK OUT. HERE IS THE NEXT STEP TO FIX THAT.

FOR RETURN: SHIP THE ITEM(S) WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.

FOR EXCHANGE: LET’S MAKE THIS SIMPLE! RETURN THE UNWANTED ITEM(S) AND PUT IN A SEPARATE BRAND NEW ORDER.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in same condition as you have received. Your item(s) must be unwashed, undamaged, unworn, and inside of the original packaging with the tag attached.

Please click HERE or locate RETURN FILL OUT FORM at the bottom of the vivilish webpage menu to fill out your information including NAME, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER AND MESSAGE BOX.

ACCEPTABLE FREE RETURN:

  • Received already damaged item(s)
  • Wrong item(s) shipped by our mistake

Any free return (we will email you the return shipping label) will be valid once we received the return item(s), inspect, and accepted by our customer service. When using our shipping label, ONLY use the same original shipping bag (re-sealable). Flat rate of $7 return shipping fee might be deducted from refund total, after inspected by our customer service department and was not accepted as our wrongdoing.

VIVILISH IS NOT LIABLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE UNDER THE FOLLOWINGS:

  • SIZE OF ORDER PLACED BY CUSTOMER DOESN’T FIT. (Please read the product fit description carefully before placing an order & feel free to write us question regarding our product via contact us)
  • WE HAVE SENT OUT THE ORDER ACCORDINGLY HOWEVER CUSTOMER JUST DISLIKES THE ITEM.

RETURN INSTRUCTION

Please fill out returning item(s) information HERE or locate RETURN FILL OUT FORM on the bottom of the vivilish webpage menu.

 If you have checked the box of return shipping label request, you will get another email with printable return shipping label. (The return shipping label is manually created & send during our business hours of Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Pacific Time.) This is our priority. Thanks for your patience!

 ONLY use the original resealable packaging bag we sent with your order if you are requesting a returning postage label from us.

  1. Circle or write the RETURNING STYLE NUMBER, COLOR, QUANTITY, and ITEM DESCRIPTION on the invoice. Snap a picture of the INVOICE that came with the order for your own record.
  2. Check the returning reason(s) listed on invoice.
  3. Pack the returning item(s) safe and securely with invoice you have filled out in original resealable package with vivilish provided returning label or in secure box with trackable paid postage by you.
  4. Cut and tape the return shipping label securely on the original resealable bag or, Write Vivilish return address and your address legibly and mail it to us. Please remove any other tracking labels attached to the package.

Any free return will be valid once we receive your return package, inspected, and accepted by our customer service. When using vivilish provided return label, ONLY USE THE SAME ORIGINAL RESEALABLE SHIPPING BAG (due to size and weight limit). If you have paid for return postage due to receiving the wrong or damaged item(s) by us, $7 (flat shipping rate) might be credited after our customer service review the returned package.

Be aware leaving package to a US Postal carrier or leaving in a USPS collection box, your residential mailbox, FEDEX/UPS drop box, or giving it to FEDEX/UPS ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 2 to 4 business days for processing after we receive your return package at our fulfillment center.

Please note: if you choose to pay for your own shipping instead of using the return label we provide on original resealable shipping bag, we strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with vivilish provided return shipping label. When using our return shipping label, ONLY use the same original resealable shipping bag.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return package, it will be processed within 2-4 business days and we will send you an email notification.

Once we process your return item(s), refunds will be offered to the same payment method (Credit card account, PayPal, or Amazon Pay) utilized for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days before the credit appears on your credit card statement.
