Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: The order amount will be a pending authorization on your account and your credit card will be charged once your order is processed and ready to ship.
Please note that, depending on your bank, once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. VIVILISH reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Q: What is the order cancellation process?

A: Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information are correct before submitting your order.

Q: Do you accept phone orders?

A: We only accept orders through online at this time

A: We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. You can also visit at www.vivilish.com and click the Order Status link to check the status of your order.

Q: Can I order from outside the United States?

A: Sorry, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

Q: Can I have my order shipped to another country?

A: We can ship to military addresses, APO/FPO and U.S. territories only. Please note that extra charges might apply.

Q: What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

A: Items that are not shown on the website are out of stock. You may check our amazon by clicking HERE.

Q: How quickly do you ship?

A: Orders are shipped during the business hours of Monday – Friday. Most orders will be processed and ship within 1-2 days.
